Job Description
We are currently inviting applications for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in digital marketing to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales, delivering engaging digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating exceptional events that represent Thermohouse & MC Group to the highest standard.
This is a full-time office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
* Support paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives from concept to delivery.
* Enhance SEO performance, manage social media activity, and assist with national promotional campaigns.
* Produce insightful analytics reports and maintain CRM databases for personalised guest engagement.
* Coordinate print advertising, and design promotional materials that reflect our product placement and offering.
* Support the sales process from initial contact through to conversion
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales & marketing activities and events.
* Contribute to strategic planning to enhance brand visibility and ongoing success.
* Represent the company professionally in all communications
Requirements
* Proven experience in a marketing role (sales experience an advantage)
* Strong skills in content creation, social media management and website CMS & CRM tools.
* Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and email marketing
* Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
* Outgoing, confident, and highly motivated personality
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work independently in an office-based environment
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
