We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Conveyancing Team in Cork. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal documents and providing excellent administrative support.
The role involves a range of tasks including document management, preparing legal documents, formatting legal documents, red-lining and version control. Other duties may include requisitioning on title, drafting security items, filing, photocopying, scanning, answering the phone, making appointments and liaising with clients.
Key skills required for this role include experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, excellent attention to detail, strong IT and systems capability, and strong people skills.
We offer full training for the right candidate but ideally applicants would have a minimum of two years legal secretarial experience ideally in Banking and Property.
This is a busy and close-knit team offering great autonomy to the successful candidate. Diary management for both the Solicitor and files is also required.
Full training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and manage time efficiently.
