Trade Plumbing Counter Senior Sales Advisor Job Description The role of Senior Sales Advisor at our Trade Plumbing Counter is to provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service.
The successful candidate will promote the companys products and services in a professional manner while delivering a consistently high standard of customer care to our trade and retail customers.
Full-time position 39 hours per week Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Acting as the first point of contact for customers at the trade counter, by phone and by email Providing sales support, generating quotations and assisting with lead generation for the plumbing trade sales team Monitoring customer orders and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment Maximising sales opportunities through order expansion and effective upselling Processing orders, confirming stock availability and liaising with colleagues and customers through to order completion and aftersales support Providing product knowledge and technical sales support to customers Carrying out daily warehouse-related duties Picking orders and assisting with loading deliveries Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required Candidate Requirements: Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a strong sales focus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT literacy A minimum of 23 years experience in a plumbing trade counter, plumbing merchants, or a similar sales environment (desirable) Benefits: Company events Generous employee discount scheme Company pension, including Death in Service benefit
