Role Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accounts.
Key duties include:
Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Managing contract variations, valuations, and interim applications
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations
Supporting project planning and risk management activities
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectors
Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach to cost management
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
