Senior Research Fellow Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Fellow to spearhead the analytical and mechanistic development workstream, focusing on building assays, models, and data packages that drive this therapy towards First-In-Human Phase 1 trials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create in vitro hypoxia models for neonatal brain injury, ensuring optimal design and functionality.
2. Validate these models for reproducibility and translational relevance, refining their effectiveness.
3. Develop and execute proteomic and RNA-seq studies to elucidate the mechanism of action for MSC/ECFC co-therapy.
4. Integrate multi-omics datasets to identify therapeutic pathways and biomarkers, informing treatment strategies.
5. Determine and characterise Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) for MSCs and ECFCs, including identity, purity, viability, and immunophenotype.
