We are hiring HEBREW Content Moderators for a Social Media giant. The candidate should be from Israel.
We will sponsor your work permit if you don’t have one to work in Ireland
Your key responsibilities:
1. Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
2. Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
3. Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards
4. Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support
5. Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
6. Recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team
7. Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
Skills & Competences:
* Strong personal resilience to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy
* High adaptability and a positive approach to challenges
* Decision-making, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
* Consistently meeting KPIs on time
Language Skills:
* Fluent in HEBREW (C1-C2 level), with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region
* Advanced level of English (C1)

Contract: Full-time, permanent with Covalen
Compensation:

Working hours:
Day shift: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
OR
Evening shift: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am
Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and bank holidays. No shift rotations.
Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South
*This is an office-based role. Remote work is not available. Employees are classified as essential workers.

* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for at least 12 months or renewable).
