Key Responsibilities
* Lead your team to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving outstanding results.
* Drive sales by overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock, and improving profits.
* Make your store a great place to be for both your team and customers, bringing out the best in your team.
* SUPPORT THE AREA AS PART OF A WIDER TEAM OF BRANCH MANAGERS, supporting area KPIs.
