The successful candidate will work independently to provide excellent and inclusive support to our customers via our email support queue, crowdfunding platforms like Backerkit and Kickstarter, as well as sales platforms like DriveThruRPG and Amazon.The ideal candidate will come from an ecommerce background, and demonstrably understand how to engage with digital platforms to encourage growth while building relationships with both consumers (B2C) and business partners (B2B).Essential traits for this role are a passion for customer service, a problem-solving and proactive approach to work, a desire to learn and develop platform knowledge, and a keen interest in tabletop RPGs. Candidates must be able to work effectively remotely, with minimum supervision, and must have access to a work environment that includes adequate hardware, software and internet resources to work remotely.QualificationsExpertise in customer support, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfactionExpertise in optimising ecommerce platformsExcellent English language communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work effectively in a remote environmentExperience in the tabletop gaming industry is a plusNotesThe position is for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.The position is 30 hours per week, and will be starting immediately on recruitment.Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.The position doesn't include health insurance, so if your country of residence doesn't have universal health care, you will need to have your own health care provision.
