Are you a high-performing sales agent looking for your next step up in a B2B sales role that offers true ownership and progression, where you can take your sales career to new heights?
At Archer, we are growing our Business Development team In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new client accounts, along with growing existing accounts from initial prospecting to close, and managing accounts. You will have exposure to the full sales cycle.
What You Will Do:
* Prospect potential clients across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors
* Book and lead meetings with key decision-makers, pitching and selling Archer's specialised IT recruitment services
* Negotiate and close terms of business and deals, directly contributing to Archer's growth and your own success
* Manage and grow your accounts, acting as a key account manager and building long-lasting client relationships

About You:
* Experience in a sales role, ideally phone-based – Sales Agent, Telesales, SDR, BDR, Lead Generator, Appointment Setter, Sales Advisor
* Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in any field
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa
* High-performance mindset with strong ambition and drive
* Year 1 Total Average Earnings:
€45,000 (Base DOE + Commission)
