### **The Opportunity****This role is based in our Dublin office.******The Day to Day:********People Leadership & Team Development***** Lead, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of SMB Client Partners operating in a high-velocity, quota-carrying environment* Coach frontline managers and reps to consistently execute against retention, expansion, and growth objectives* Build a strong performance culture through clear expectations, regular coaching, career development planning, and accountability* Serve as a senior people leader and talent multiplier, developing future sales leaders within the organization****Revenue & Performance Ownership***** Own SMB retention and expansion performance across your region, delivering against KPIs such as retention rate, net revenue growth, account value growth, and productivity metrics* Drive consistent forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management* Translate top-down revenue targets into clear execution plans and rep-level priorities****Sales Strategy & Execution***** Design and execute proactive retention and expansion strategies tailored to SMB customer needs* Continuously optimize sales motions for speed, efficiency, and customer impact across a large book of business* Partner with Sales Operations, Enablement, and SDR teams to improve workflows, coverage models, and capacity planning****Operational Excellence***** Establish, refine, and scale best-in-class SMB sales processes, playbooks, and performance cadences* Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and to drive informed decision-making* Ensure strong CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and consistent use of Salesforce****Cross-Functional Leadership***** Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations to improve customer experience and unlock growth* Act as the voice of the SMB customer, feeding insights back into product and go-to-market strateg****What You'll Bring to the Role:********Experience***** Significant sales leadership experience, including managing high-velocity SMB or mid-market sales teams* Proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and YoY growth in a recurring or repeat-purchase sales model* Experience scaling teams, processes, and performance in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments****Leadership & Skills***** Strong people leader with a passion for coaching, talent development, and performance management* Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into clear actions and outcomes* Operationally strong: organized, process-oriented, and comfortable driving change* Confident communicator who can influence across levels and functions* Customer-centric mindset with a bias toward execution and results****Technical & Industry Knowledge***** Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus* Strong proficiency in Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and Excel* Experience in the creative, media, marketing, SaaS, or digital content industry preferred****Why Shutterstock:***** You have a direct impact on the success of the company.
