Assistant Store Manager
This role is responsible for leading and supporting a sales culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a sales culture focused on building a confident and engaged team.
* Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching.
* Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team.
* Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering visual brand standards.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
* Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
* Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
