This is a high-profile healthcare project that will contribute to critical infrastructure in the region, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site logistics. Monitor programme, budget, and quality standards. Liaise with the project team, design team, and client representatives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Lead site meetings and progress reporting. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor. Proven track record in delivering healthcare, commercial, or large-scale building projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to drive programme and maintain quality under pressure. Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant management certifications.
