* Significant acute hospital operational nursing experience in a level 4 site and experience of capital developments both planning, equipping and commissioning.
* Depth and breadth of experience of delivering concurrent, multiple projects.
* Knowledge of patient flows and pathways and ability to benchmark against national and international standards.
