Electrical Engineer (Retrofitting / A&A Works)
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate electrical works for major retrofitting and A&A projects within an operational ICA building.
Review electrical drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other trades to ensure smooth site execution.
Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems.
Ensure compliance with Singapore codes, safety regulations and project requirements.
Attend site meetings, inspections and support project handover documentation.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience, preferably in retrofitting or A&A projects.
Experience working in live / operational buildings preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and WSH requirements.
Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Relevant certification (e.g.
LEW) is an advantage.
