Responsibilities Carrying out internal checks and monitoring their findings Employee onboarding, continuing education, and development Promotion of creative practice Making sure that company and HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines are followed arranging frequent meetings for discussion with all clinical personnel Build strong relationships with outside community organizations to invite the neighborhood into the home and make it easier for residents to attend events and activities there.
