Working with the development team to create and develop menu items in line with the company ethos of innovation, sustainability, and use of fresh local produce.
Foster positive relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to continuously improve catering services.
Hire, train, and supervise catering staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service.
Ensuring the highest hygiene standards and compliance of HACCP are maintained in the units and documentation recorded.
