What you'll be doing
Leading end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven transformation initiatives
Working closely with technical teams, data specialists, and business stakeholders
Driving execution in a hands-on capacity, not just governance
Managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams
Translating strategic goals into practical, deliverable outcomes
Playing a key role in shaping delivery frameworks in a greenfield setting
What they're looking for
10+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in complex transformation environments
Strong technical understanding, with a hands-on delivery mindset
Mandatory insurance sector experience
Proven track record delivering AI or agentic AI projects
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior levels
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
