About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Design System team in either Dublin or Kraków (office 2 days per week). In this role you will collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to maintain and extend our design system, helping multiple teams deliver exceptional experiences for our industry‑leading insurance software products worldwide.
Responsibilities
Help maintain and update design system components and documentation.
Create and modify UI components in Figma.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Assist in usability testing of design system components.
Support the team in creating design guidelines and best practices.
Contribute to the culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI.
Qualifications
1–3 years of UX design experience.
Strong knowledge of Figma.
Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries.
Good eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply data‑driven insights to drive innovation and productivity.
