**Lead Engineer - M365Duration of assignment: 12 monthsFTE or Subcon: Fixed Term ContractMode: HybridWork Location: Dubin, Ireland**Manages Copilot enablement end-to-end by configuring scenarios in the Copilot Control System, staging license assignments, and validating app and network requirements across Teams and Exchange.Operates under least-privilege using AI/Teams/Exchange admin roles with Entra PIM for just-in-time elevation (MFA, approval, time-bound access)Oversees audit and service-health monitoring, and executes cutover and hyper-care during pilot and wave rollouts.Prepares the content estate for optimal Copilot data surfacing by applying SharePoint Advanced Management to enforce lifecycle and sharing controls, remediate permissions and ownership, and curb oversharing.Aligns with compliance to apply Purview sensitivity labels and DLP so labeled content and sensitive prompts are governed before enablement.Guides site owners through pre-flight checks and resolves last-mile access issues.
