As a Compensation and Benefits HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing and administering all employee compensation and benefits programmes within Suir Engineering. The primary focus will be on ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices and comprehensive benefits packages for employees in all the company's locations. This position plays a critical role in fostering a competitive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
What you will be doing
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Teams to ensure all job offers are aligned to internal compensation and benefits policies.
- Support benchmarking studies and stay current on market trends to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits offerings.
- Responsible for overseas mobility packages ensuring we are both competitive and compliant.
- Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing and budgeting for compensation and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including annual leave, health insurance, Pension, Life and Disability plans, SEO changes to ensure effective utilisation.
- Point of contact to support employees on compensation and benefits‑related inquiries or issues.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials to educate employees on compensation and benefits programmes and updates. Deliver an annual 'Know your Benefits' week.
- Assist in the design and implementation of incentive programmes to drive employee engagement and retention.
Is this job for me?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- In‑depth knowledge of Irish labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience of International benefits and mobility policies – ideally Nordics and/or Northern Europe.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision‑making purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems for data management and reporting.
