**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer
**Overview of the Role:** As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in the conception, design, development and installation of new products or production lines. Your primary responsibilities will include improving the production processes to become more cost-effective and efficient over time, resolving technical problems and selecting precision tools for different machines.
**Key Accountabilities:
* Support manufacturing by resolving issues, providing tools, and implementing new products into production.
* Lead process optimisation using engineering and continuous improvement techniques to streamline product flow through the manufacturing cell.
* Analyse product structures and processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline with strong knowledge of automation systems. They should also have experience working under pressure meeting deadlines.
The ability to work effectively as part of diverse teams is crucial along with excellent leadership communication problem-solving skills.
