We're looking for a Technical Services team Lead to support our sales team with scoping out projects for customers and determining technical specifications, as well as helping them to identify opportunities within accounts.
This role will also have project management requirements, as it will support the sales team with seeing a technical customer project, as well as helping the Technical Services team to allocate resource and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to scope.
We're looking for someone based in Ireland, but with willingness to travel to the UK.

What we're looking for:
Someone with systems integration experience - you'll be installing software onto handheld devices and/ or printers.
Assisting with RFPs and work closely with the Sales team.
Voice implementations, designs, testing of devices.
Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing with the team.
Co-ordinate the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
Visit customer sites pre-sales to help the Sales team scope out projects, and costs.
Attend customer sites to fix software or device issues, where required.
