12 Month Day Rate Contract Dublin - Hybrid 3 days on-siteWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in OpenStack on behalf of a client on a day-rate contract basis.In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure within a high-availability environment, supporting large-scale systems and contributing to continuous improvement across our DevOps ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage OpenStack cloud infrastructure.Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using industry-standard tools.Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release processes.Troubleshoot complex issues across networking, storage, and compute layers.Optimise cloud performance, security, and reliability.Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.Required Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience working with OpenStack in production environments.Strong knowledge of Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud networking.Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).Containerisation experience (Docker, Kubernetes) a strong advantage.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.For more information please apply within.
