As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to play a lead role in driving profitability and strategic decision-making.
This is an initial contract for 15 months which, due to movements in the team, will then go permanent after the contract period.
Your new role As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and commercial teams, delivering financial insight and operational support that influences business performance.
Reporting to the Finance Business Controller, you will: Lead revenue analysis and reporting across multiple brands, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
Provide strategic financial insights to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and commercial initiatives.
Drive process automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams during planning and budgeting cycles.
Represent Finance in strategic projects and provide ad hoc analysis to support evolving business needs.
What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in a commercial or business partnering role.
You must be currently based in Ireland with full working rights for a permanent role - no sponsorship will be provided.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Commercial mindset and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce and process automation is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement.
