**Senior Defined Contribution Administrator Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Defined Contribution (DC) Administrator to join our busy administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of full-service defined contribution pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day scheme administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full end-to-end administration of a portfolio of Defined Contribution pension schemes.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day scheme administration.
* Prepare annual benefit statements, trustee reports, and other scheme documentation.
* Monitor and meet all statutory deadlines and compliance requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum 6 years' DC pensions admin experience in a consultancy, broker, or insurer environment.
* Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support client interactions.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling deadlines with ease.
* A natural team player with the ability to support, mentor, and share knowledge.
* A proactive approach to resolving complex administration queries.
