Position Summary
The Events Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of events across a global portfolio. This role is suited to a highly organised and proactive individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience delivering professional events within a fast-paced, international environment.Day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, supporting budget tracking, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all events align with organisational objectives, brand standards, and commercial goals.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of corporate events, conferences, meetings, and networking eventsAssist with event logistics, including venue coordination, registrations, delegate communications, catering, AV, and on-site materialsMaintain event timelines, checklists, and documentationLiaise with suppliers and venues under the guidance of senior team membersAssist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processingSupport on-site event delivery, including registration desks and delegate managementCoordinate event communications, invitations, and follow-up emailsCollect post-event feedback and assist with reporting and evaluation
Skills & Experience
Essential:Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesWillingness to travel worldwide on short noticeDesirable:1-2+ years of experience or internship in events or marketingFamiliarity with event registration platforms or CRM systemsExperience supporting exhibitionsQualificationsDegree or qualification in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferredPersonal AttributesEnthusiastic and proactiveWilling to learn and take directionReliable and professionalCalm under pressureStrong team player with a positive attitudeUsed to working in a fast-paced environment
