Join us and help reshape the future of farming with grit, brains, and a team that actually gets things done.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Head of Customer Success (Ireland) to own and drive customer outcomes as we expand across Ireland. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on ensuring customers get measurable value from their investment and can leverage those results to grow each account.This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on farms, leading deployments of complex robotics systems that use computer vision and cutting‑edge AI to harvest at a commercial scale. You’ll work side by side with growers to reshape their operations around automation, prove out ROI, and turn those results into expanded partnerships.Based initially in Monaghan, this is a senior, hands‑on role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for the customer success strategy and execution. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from deployment through to proven ROI, ensuring every farm sees real, quantifiable value from their harvesting robots. With those results in hand, you will lead account expansion efforts, helping customers scale their automation further across their operations.What You’ll DoOwn customer outcomes across Ireland, ensuring every farm gets measurable and growing ROI from their harvesting robotsLead deployments of technically complex systems (software and hardware), personally overseeing critical rollouts to ensure they deliver results from day oneDrive ongoing operational success at each farm - training customer teams, reshaping workflows and growing practices, and ensuring the robots are running at peak performanceTurn proven results into account expansion, growing the scale of automation within each farmBuild trusted, executive‑level relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming their strategic partner for automationDefine and continuously improve the processes, playbooks, and metrics that drive customer value and retentionServe as the senior escalation point for key customer relationships and complex technical challengesPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to feed customer insights back into the business and align execution with customer needsBuild the playbook as you go, create the processes, tools, and metrics that will scale customer success across Ireland, while never losing focus on delivering results right nowWhat Success Looks LikeCustomers are seeing clear, measurable ROI from their robots, which is growing over timeFarms are adapting their operations to maximise automation, with your guidance driving the changeProven results are converting into account expansions, with customers scaling up their automation footprintCustomers see you and 4AG as a trusted strategic partner, not just a technology supplierDeployments land smoothly and translate into rapid operational successCustomer insights are flowing back into the business, shaping how we build and improveWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer‑facing role, with a track record of driving measurable customer outcomesExperience deploying and supporting technically complex systems, ideally involving both hardware and softwareProven ability to help customers change how they work - adapting operations, workflows, and practices to get more value from technologyStrong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to operate as a trusted partner at the executive levelCommercial instinct, you spot expansion opportunities and know how to turn customer success into account growthHighly organised with strong prioritisation and execution skillsA structured, analytical problem solver who remains calm under pressureHigh personal standards for quality, ownership, and continuous improvementComfortable building processes while delivering results in a fast‑moving environmentWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the heart of our growth in Ireland.
