Production Coordinator Role
This key position plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between production teams and the central office.
As a Production Coordinator, you will work directly with the Production Manager and engage regularly with various departments including Technical, Commercial, Financial, and Maintenance.
* Oversight of Quality Control processes in partnership with the technical team, ensuring adherence to high production standards.
* Supporting commercial operations by verifying accurate production plans, labels, traceability documents, and codes for each order.
* Collaboration with the financial team to assign correct costings and allocate personnel to tasks efficiently.
* Maintenance of comprehensive documentation and resources for production supervisors and teams to perform their duties effectively.
* Liaison with the maintenance team regarding equipment repairs and replacements to minimize downtime.
* Main conduit of communication between production staff and central office management.
* Monitoring and enforcement of restoration of quality control checks, working closely with the food safety team to address any issues.
* Verification of accurate labels, traceability documents, and product codes in the system.
* Ensuring precise details for every order and execution of production plans without errors.
* Collaboration with the financial team to confirm costs are attributed accurately to each production section.
* Maintenance of detailed production documentation, enabling supervisors and production staff to operate without administrative delays.
* Continuous on-site support during all production hours.
* Coordination with maintenance to promptly address machinery or equipment issues, ensuring smooth production flow.
