My client, an established retail organisation with 20 locations across the Dublin network and continuing to grow, is hiring a Regional Operations Manager as part of their expansion plans. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to join an experienced regional team supporting a large multi site retail operation. It is a hands on, field based position focused on people, standards and operational performance across a portfolio of stores. The Role You will act as an operational partner to store managers, helping them deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining high standards across the network. Key focus areas include - Supporting store management teams - Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and independently - Driving consistency in standards and customer experience - Monitoring store performance and implementing improvement plans - Supporting store openings, refits and expansion projects - Acting as a visible and approachable presence across your sites - Ensuring compliance with operational and retail standards Experience Required - Proven experience in a regional or multi site retail operations role - Background in structured retail such as grocery, convenience or pharmacy - Strong people management and coaching skills - High emotional intelligence and excellent communication ability - A solutions focused mindset with strong problem solving capability - Commercial awareness and experience managing store performance - Comfortable working independently in a field based role - Full clean driving licence Package - Salary 80K - 100K depending on experience - Mileage covered - Join a growing retail group with strong internal support - Long term career opportunity within a business that values and retains its people Apply in confidence to be considered.
