The hotel will also be BREEAM certified!
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who wants to contribute to our guests having a happy and memorable stay with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling guest incidents, complaints, and coordinating service recovery in conjunction with the Manager.
* General cleaning of bar, restaurant, front of house, and back of house areas.
* Front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and administrative work.
* Identifying and communicating all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc.).
* Following company control procedures in accordance with internal audit requirements.
* Knowing all emergency procedures and the fire manual confidently.
* Working with the Night Manager to ensure all Night Department objectives are met.
* Closing daily business and securing the property.
* Preparing the hotel for the next day, with particular attention to cleanliness and presentation.
* Assisting all departments while on shift; knowledge of bar and restaurant operations is beneficial.

Experience required:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a similar role with industry awareness.
* High standard of customer service skills.
* Detail-oriented with good organizational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Micros/Opera systems.
