Strata is a specialist provider of construction project planning/scheduling, controls, and digital construction services, supporting complex and challenging projects across sectors including mission-critical facilities, infrastructure, energy, pharmaceutical, and more. Our team of engineers and construction professionals focus on proactive schedule management, enhanced by VDC (3D/4D/5D animations and storyboards, digital twins, and digital rehearsals) and real-time data analysis. We aim to foster enhanced collaboration, strategic decision-making, and improved project knowledge to support successful project delivery.
We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Planning Engineer in Dublin, Ireland, with some international travel required. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, providing project controls support, and analyzing project data. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing production plans, and ensuring effective communication regarding project status and risks. The candidate will also use advanced planning tools and techniques to enhance project delivery and performance.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Planning / Scheduling with experience in Asta / Primavera
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Leadership and People management skills
