- 2 days onsite) A fast-growing Saa S organisation operating in a regulated environment is looking to hire a Mid-Level Dev Ops Engineer to join its expanding platform team.This role is ideal for an engineer with solid cloud and Kubernetes experience who is ready to take greater ownership of infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability within a scaling business.The Opportunity You will collaborate closely with Software Engineering and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.You'll contribute to platform improvements, enhance developer workflows, and help standardise infrastructure practices across the organisation.Key responsibilities include: Supporting and evolving AWS-based cloud infrastructure Managing containerised workloads in Kubernetes (EKS) Writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions or Git Lab CI/CD) Developing automation scripts in Python and Bash Monitoring systems, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting incident response Contributing to security best practices and cloud governance Improving infrastructure modularity and reusability What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or Platform Engineering Hands-on AWS experience (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda) Strong Kubernetes experience in production environments Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Experience designing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a collaborative, xsokbrc fast-paced environment Experience in regulated industries or scaling Saa S companies is a plus Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow) advantageous What's On Offer Hybrid working (2 days onsite, Dublin City Centre) Competitive salary and performance-related bonus Pension and private healthcare Share options 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) Flexible working hours Wellness and social initiatives Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
