Operational Role in Construction Management
Key Responsibilities:
* Excavation and heavy machinery operation, including 180° excavators, crawler cranes, tractor/dozers and mobile cranes.
* Traffic management at construction sites through the placement of signing, lighting & guarding facilities as well as assisting with overall site health and safety protocols.
* Roofing operations: expert application of roof felting systems, wall cladding systems and installation of built-up roofing materials.
The role requires a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card for operating various types of plant equipment on different project locations.
