Accounts Receivable Administrator
Location: Hybrid role based in Aurivo House, Finisklin Business Park, Sligo
Contract Type: Permanent full-time

Opportunity:
The Accounts Administrator is a hybrid role based in Aurivo House, Finisklin Business Park, Sligo and will report to the Management Accountant.
Roles and responsibilities include:
* Order processing and liaising with external customers on any Electronic Data Interchange queries
* Customer portal input on prices & invoices, together with Enterprise Resource Planning
* customer price change implementation
* Customer debt management & payment allocations
* Customer Long Term Agreements calculations & processing
* Overseeing handheld data integration in the Enterprise Resource Planning system
* Data Analysis
* General Finance Admin duties
* Providing support to the Management Accountant as required
Candidate Profile:
* A 3rd level qualification in Business/Accounting Technician qualification preferable
* 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong excel skills and previous use of an Enterprise Resource Planning system
* Keen attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to plan and work to deadlines
* Strong communication and people skills
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
