You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment and fraud solutions, ensuring every project meets customer needs, quality standards, and timelines.If you are highly motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a tangible impact in the payments space, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of complex, multi-stream implementation projects spanning technology, operations, and business process change.Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Manage project governance, timelines, costs, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Oversee third-party vendors and technology partners, maintaining accountability for deliverables.Track and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while managing change requests and scope adjustments.Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration across teams.Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and project management practices.About YouProven experience managing end-to-end technical projects or programs, ideally in the payments or financial technology sector.Strong understanding of payment gateways, fraud management systems, or transactional platforms.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.Solid technical acumen and logical problem-solving approach.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with software development lifecycles.Experience working with third-party vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
