Role Overview:
The role of Senior Consultant/Manager involves leading the growth of our Human Capital healthcare practice by networking, identifying and leading new business proposals and presentations. You will work with clients to design and lead the delivery of organisational transformation projects and programmes in the healthcare sector, across organisational, technology/digital, HR and cultural change.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing change management approaches for a range of healthcare transformations including digital health initiatives;
2. Supporting transformations using the Deloitte change management approach including stakeholder assessment and engagement, change impact assessment, behaviour-based change readiness solutions, communication strategy and delivery, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans;
3. Developing work plans for engagements, managing one or multiple work streams, managing resources to deliver superior quality deliverables against tight deadlines;
4. Mentoring and managing junior teams;
Requirements:
You will have an understanding of the Irish healthcare sector (or similar) and previous consulting experience designing, leading and delivering transformational change in the healthcare sector in one or more of the following areas:
* Organisation design / operating model design including defining structures, governance and decision-making, roles and responsibilities;
* Change management for organisational transformations;
* Digital transformations including Electronic Health Record strategy, planning and/or implementation;
* Workforce Planning and sizing;
* HR strategy and Digital HR Leadership development and training;
* Health & Social Care Strategy and large programme management/delivery;
