Design Build Search is seeking aBIM Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established construction company delivering a wide range of projects across Dublin. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to support both site-based projects and Head Office operations. This role will suit someone who is organised, technically strong, and comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure BIM standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing and coordinating BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with agreed standards. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all BIM-related activities on assigned projects Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring it is followed by all stakeholders Coordinate regular BIM meetings, tracking progress and documenting outcomes Maintain up-to-date records of model development and status Implement model checking procedures to ensure quality and suitability at each project stage Identify, track, and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage, while facilitating coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors Highlight key coordination issues and ensure timely resolution Monitor shared model data, including alignment of grids, levels, and coordinates Agree technical standards, software compatibility, and BIM deliverables with the wider team Ensure all project information is correctly uploaded to the Common Data Environment in line with project requirements Support project milestones by coordinating the delivery of models and associated data Assist with model creation where required to support design progression Keep up to date with industry developments and evolving BIM practices Carry out any additional responsibilities associated with the position Requirements Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Building Services Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Previous experience working with a main contractor would be beneficial Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Proven experience using Navisworks Manage Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit (MEP and Architecture) Good understanding of BIM standards and workflows Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Whats on Offer Attractive salary package Relocation assistance where applicable Company-provided laptop and phone Pension scheme Life cover and income protection Opportunities for continued professional development Access to employee benefits such as a Bike to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and social initiatives Skills: BIM Coordination Main Contractor Benefits: Pension Life Cover
