Initially, the focus is on designing, building, and maintaining as the single source of truth for delivery.
Over time, the role evolves into owning the company's wider digital direction including tooling, automation, and practical AI adoption.
This is a hands on role for someone who cares about how work actually gets done and wants to build systems that scale cleanly rather than workaround driven chaos.
Responsibilities * Design and configure boards, templates, workflows, and workspaces * Translate agreed delivery processes into scalable platform builds * Implement automations, dependencies, permissions, and governance standards * Maintain data integrity and consistency across boards and teams * Build and iterate proof of concept workflows and validate design direction * Configure dashboards and reporting for operational visibility * Document platform standards and reusable assets * Work closely with process owners, programme leadership, and external advisors * Surface constraints, risks, and design gaps early and clearly * Support transition to internal ownership of the platform * Over time, shape digital strategy and execution across the wider business Requirements * ESSENTIAL: Hands on experience building and administering environments * Strong understanding of board architecture, columns, automations, and permissions * Ability to design clean, scalable templates rather than one off solutions * Experience translating process designs into structured workflows * Strong attention to detail and data integrity * Comfortable working within defined governance and standards * Clear communicator with a structured, methodical approach Desirable * Experience supporting rollouts across multiple teams * Exposure to delivery or programme environments * Experience replacing spreadsheet driven processes * Background working alongside process or transformation consultant Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
