The OpportunityWe are looking for aSales Executivewho is ready to begin their career journey in a dynamic, supportive role. From day one, you'll work across both ourresidential and commercial divisions, supporting senior colleagues on projects while gaining hands-on experience with clients, sales processes, and marketing initiatives.This is a unique chance to build your sales career with a globally recognised brand while developing relationships witharchitects, designers, developers, and homeowners. You'll be immersed in the world of premium interiors, presenting luxury products in our showroom and on project sites, and networking with clients on some of the most exciting design and construction projects in Ireland.This is not a static position — it's a launchpad for an ambitious professional. You'll start by supporting projects and initiatives, and as you grow, you'll move into asenior sales representative role, owning accounts, building your own client base, and shaping the future of Havwoods in Ireland. What You'll DoPlay a supportive role across residential and commercial sales projectsCommunicate and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director and marketing team on marketing initiativesAssist with client communications, sampling, quotations, ordering, and project documentationProvide a consultative, client-first experience to homeowners, designers, architects, and buildersHandle showroom walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentations with a focus on premium client serviceMaintain the showroom — ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and visually strongUse our CRM (Pipedrive) to track leads, manage communications, and support pipeline activityProactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networkingFollow up on enquiries promptly and professionally, supporting a seamless client journeyCollaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure smooth project deliveryTake increasing ownership of projects, accounts, and client relationships as you grow in the role Training & DevelopmentWe provide a comprehensive training programme to give you deep knowledge of our products, processes, and client approach. You'll be supported by senior colleagues and mentored in consultative sales, ensuring you're equipped to succeed. Over time, you'll have the opportunity totransition from a supportive Sales Executive role into a senior sales positionwith full account ownership and autonomy. What We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing rolesA consultative communicator with strong relationship-building skillsHighly organised, reliable, and motivated to achieve sales targetsComfortable working face-to-face with clients in a showroom environmentProactive in lead generation and confident in outbound approachesAble to use CRM systems and digital tools effectively (we use Pipedrive)Interest in construction, interiors, or premium products is an advantage What We OfferCompetitive salary (€35,000–€40,000 depending on experience)Uncapped commission with OTE of €45,000 +KPI-based bonusesStructured training, mentorship, and career developmentClear growth path into a senior sales representative roleExposure to high-profile residential, commercial, and hospitality projectsNetworking opportunities with leading architects, designers, and developersA creative, collaborative, and ambitious work environment20 days annual leave + bank holidays Ready to Join Us?This role is perfect for someone ready to learn, grow, and build a career in sales.
