We are proposing that our new Shared Finance Centre will house both our Financial Accounting teams and our Financial Planning and Analysis Centre of Expertise. The team will deliver a step change in performance through a relentless focus on excellence in execution and continuous improvement, enabling us to simplify and standardise our processes and procedures, which in turn, enables quality decision-making, delights our customers and supports Nomad Food's business objectives.Our SU FP&A Analysts are responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly reporting and variance analysis of key metrics of the manufacturing site as well as supporting annual planning, forecasting. The SU FP&A Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical standards for reporting and modelling KPIs and as a key financial liaison, partnering with the various departments across the manufacturing site.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing weekly calculation and variance analysis of key metrics of the manufacturing site including but not limited to production volumes, labour costs, recoveries, fixed costs and transfer prices and their impact on the financial statementsReview month end report & understand impact of drivers on budget/forecastResponsible for assimilating data from multiple systems and stakeholders to calculate results and identify trends for key KPIs, actuals, budgets and forecastsEnhance data governance processes by improving the quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and reports generatedRun simulations of various "what-if" scenarios using insight and critical thinking to evaluate and recommend solutionsAssist in developing forecasting modelsSupport the FP&A Manager in producing routine and ad hoc financial models to support leadership, FBPs and FP&A Group in decision makingFacilitate standardisation and sharing of best practice across the Shared Finance teamContribute to continuous improvement of systems and processesSupport automation and enterprise consolidation of data used in monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reportsProvide guidance to FP&A Associate as requiredEnsure SOX control environment is maintained. Support all audit requestsQualificationsEssentialBachelor's degreePart qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or international equivalent).
