Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic dealership team.
This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with hands-on involvement in vehicle presentation, digital marketing, and maintaining high showroom and forecourt standards.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support Customer Experience Assist senior sales executives in managing customer enquiries, both in person and online Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to all showroom visitors Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Hyundai product range and specifications Vehicle Imaging Online Listings Photograph vehicles to a high standard for use on the dealership website and social media platforms Ensure all vehicle listings are accurate, appealing, and regularly updated Coordinate with the sales team to prioritise vehicles for promotion Social Media Digital Presence Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels (e.g. new arrivals, promotions, featured vehicles) Monitor engagement and respond to basic enquiries via social platforms Support campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation Forecourt Management Ensure vehicles on the forecourt are clean, correctly positioned, and presented to brand standards Regularly check vehicle pricing, specifications, and display materials for accuracy Assist with vehicle movements and organisation of stock Showroom Standards Maintain a clean, organised, and premium showroom environment at all times Ensure marketing materials, displays, and digital screens are up to date Support the setup of showroom events, promotions, and new model launches Skills Experience Strong interest in automotive industry, particularly premium brands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good eye for detail and presentation Basic photography and social media skills (training can be provided) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Full, clean driving licence Must be aged 25 or over due to motor insurance requirements Desirable Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) in a business context Basic understanding of digital marketing principles Key Attributes Professional and enthusiastic attitude Strong organisational skills Willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment High standards of personal presentation aligned with a premium brand What We Offer Full training and development opportunities Career progression within the dealership and wider group Competitive salary with performance-related incentives A supportive and team-oriented working environment
