As a front-of-house representative, you will be responsible for welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their experience is memorable and positive. You will also manage client records, provide administrative support to our designers, and maintain showroom schedules.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be proactive and organised, and possess previous experience in a customer-facing and/or administrative capacity. Additionally, you should be confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist clients in the showroom
* Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
* Coordinate appointment bookings and maintain showroom schedules
* Provide administrative support to the design team
* Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
