Senior Project Manager (Data Centres)
Location: Dublin office.
Work Location Model: Hybrid.
As a Senior Project Manager specialising in data centres, you will lead the successful delivery of mission‑critical projects. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from early‑stage concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of data centre and colocation projects, from initial concept and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning
Directing multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex, mission‑critical projects in line with programme, cost, and quality targets
Serving as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment with technical, operational, and commercial objectives
Assuming full accountability for project outcomes, including risk management, change control, and governance across all phases
Managing contractor performance and site operations, including oversight of construction activities and commissioning within both live and new‑build environments
Controlling project budgets, schedules, and reporting processes, maintaining strong financial discipline and programme certainty throughout
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
In the process of pursuing Chartered status with one of the following institutions: SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, Engineers Ireland (EI)
Affiliation with the Association for Project Management (APM) would be a benefit
