Lead Chef Opportunity
This is a critical leadership role responsible for the overall culinary operations across two busy venues.
* The Role:
1. You'll lead kitchen teams, drive menu innovation and manage high-volume service whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to cooking.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment;
2. Certified in food safety and hygiene;
3. Able to take full ownership of kitchen operations, standards, food quality and team performance;
