Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist in Mental Health
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team working with individuals presenting complex mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical management of caseload, assessing, intervening and evaluating treatment programs for individuals residing in low secure mental health units.
* Occupational therapy assessment and intervention focusing on self-care, productive and leisure occupations.
You will work closely with consultants, behaviour specialists, nurses, clinical psychologists speech therapists social care workers and support staff to meet individual needs. You will also develop facilitate individual group therapy programmes promoting recovery-oriented occupational therapy practice
