Job Description:
The Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative at the Dublin clinic of the Veterinary Medical Center.
The role serves as the point of entry for the veterinary hospital, supporting clients and navigating complex protocols, phone systems, and organizational structures to provide information to faculty, residents, students, clients, visitors, and referring veterinarians.
Responsibilities include communicating about client financial responsibilities, referral processes, resolving access and financial issues, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, managing expectations, auditing medical records, and advocating for clients.

Hiring Range: $17.00 - $21.77
