Barden are delighted to be assisting a rapidly growing Manufacturing company based in Meath to identify a Finance Business Partner on the Operations/ Manufacturing side. This is a 12 month FTC role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Partner with the Operations and Site Management teams to deliver data-driven financial insights and performance analysis.
* Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports for operational business units.
* Support monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary for operational activities, including cost of sales and inventory.
* Ensure robust and accurate governance structures & KPIs to support future planning and decision making
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* Qualified accounting professional with 5+ years PQE.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing business required.
* Strong financial and commercial expertise.
* Excellent organisational, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
