Our Client, based in South Dublin (D14), is hiring a Litigation Legal Executive to join their team. This role is fully in office and will work closely with a senior solicitor. The role will provide candidates with a wide scope of work and from a key part of the team
Salary:
€45-50k DOE
Duties:
* Liaising with clients on Personal Injury Litigation cases.
* Advising on General Litigation to include debt, commercial litigation and employment.
* Providing legal recommendations to clients.
* Preparing briefs for Counsel
* Attending Counsel at court hearings and applications.
* Corresponding with Solicitors, defendants and financial advisors.
* Maintain strong client relationships.
* Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Knowledge & Experience
* A minimum of 2 yrs+ experience working with personal injury files.
* Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel.
* Good attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills
* Good team player
* The ability to work well under pressure
* A flexible approach to work
