Enable Ireland is an equal‑opportunity employer and proudly holds a Silver Award in Diversity. We are seeking a highly‑motivated Speech and Language Therapist – Senior Grade to join our team in CHO 8 Meath CDNT 4 Dunshaughlin / East Meath based in Bettystown.
Contract Type: Permanent Full‑time
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €62,072 to €73,477 pro rata per annum, subject to Long Service Increments and the 2026 WRC agreement adjustments.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 33 days pro rata per annum.
Overview of the Post
The post holder will provide a range of Speech and Language Therapy services for young people (0‑18 years) and their families within an interdisciplinary framework. Services include assessment, intervention, clinical supervision and ongoing service development, delivered through a family‑centred approach across clinics, preschools, schools, children’s homes and community settings.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

Registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Speech & Language Therapist by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
Three years full‑time post‑qualification clinical experience (or an aggregate of three years). At least one year of experience working with children with a range of disabilities or developmental delay.
Experience working with children aged 0‑18 years and their families.
Proof of Statutory Registration on the Speech & Language Therapists Register before contract issuance.
Annual maintenance of registration on the Speech & Language Therapists Register.
Confirmed registration with CORU provided to Enable Ireland.
Valid driving licence for within the state/jurisdiction and personal transport to deliver services across a large geographical area.
Post‑graduate training and experience in Management of FEDS Disorders.
Post‑graduate training specific to 0‑18 years.
Experience conducting Assessment of Need.
Training and experience in assessment and intervention of children with autism.
Experience and/or training in clinical supervision.
