Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to be engaged on a contract basis, to be located in Dublin, offering hybrid working.Profile We are looking for an Offshore Contracts Manager to be responsible for managing all contractual administration and reporting of our Offshore Phase 2 High Voltage Equipment and Marine Surveys Packages.
Experience At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in contracts management of large offshore wind required.Education · At least bachelor's degree qualification in Supply Chain Management /Engineering /Business/ Law or equivalent.
Skills & Responsibilities · Contract management experience throughout the life cycle of large offshore wind project, including contract change management and contract claim management.
· Extensive knowledge and proven experience of managing contracts for Offshore Wind Electrical projects (Offshore & Onshore High Voltage Equipment and Export Cables - FEED & EPCI).
· Knowledge of Marine Operations and Marine Survey (desirable).
· Experience managing ITT processes for contracts in offshore wind sector (Supply, T&I, EPCI, TSA, SMA).
· Robust understanding and proven experience of using FIDIC yellow and silver forms of contracts (essential) and LOGIC (desirable).
· Knowledge of utilities and/or experience of public sector tendering.
· Knowledge of Supply Chain Contract management fundamentals, best practices, and industry trends.
· Knowledge of procurement and contract management tools, platforms and processes.
· Understanding of the financial analysis and reporting of project budgets.
· Develop and define tender package contract strategy in liaison with key business functions to ensure organisation requirements are fully met.
